RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items (*see below for exceptions) that are postmarked within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with your original receipt and any original tags attached. Orders may also be returned to our store for an in-person refund, subject to the same review process outlined below.

To initiate an online return, please contact hello@jackandmarion.com including your first and last name, order number, description and photos of items being returned, and the reason for return.

All returns are subject to review by JACK + MARION. Once received, your return is subject to inspection, and we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this process may take 5 - 7 business days.

In all cases the initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure items are adequately packaged for return. JACK + MARION cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

 

*Sale, One-Of-A-Kind and Found items are final sale and exempt from being returned.

Goods such as Lighting, Art, Candles, Preserved Flowers, Jewelry, Books, Bath and Body Products, and Textiles such as Pillows, Bedding, and Throws cannot be returned.

Please contact us for any questions regarding whether or not an item qualifies for refund.

We are not able to offer exchanges online. The customer will be required to return the item and place a new order online.

In-Store Purchases

Changed your mind? We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for eligible items (*see below for exceptions) within 14 days of purchase, back to the original method of payment.

Please note that you must have your original receipt and method of payment on-hand in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.

 

*Sale, One-Of-A-Kind and Found items are final sale and may only be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

Goods such as Lighting, Art, Candles, Preserved Flowers, Jewelry, Books, Bath and Body Products, and Textiles such as Pillows, Bedding, and Throws cannot be returned.

Please contact us, or ask your sales associate, for any questions regarding whether or not an item qualifies for refund.

ITEM-HOLD POLICY

We can hold items for a maximum of 24 hours, and the hold will be removed at the end of the following business day.

Sale, One-Of-A-Kind and Found items do not qualify for a 24 hour hold.

In order to place an item on hold, you must provide your name and phone number.
